A client wants a family trust
You order a discretionary trust establishment. You supply the trust name, trustee, appointor and beneficiaries; the pack comes back with the deed and signing instructions.
The trustee is changing

Do I need to know the legal wording?
No. You answer questions about your situation in ordinary language — names, roles, dates and intentions. The legal wording is the lawyer's job.
What if I am not sure which document I need?
Describe the outcome you want in chat. If the request turns out to be a tax or legal question rather than a document order, it is routed to Compass AI and reviewed by the same team.
